We thought Sedona would be cooler than home (and it was -although 11 degrees cooler than 108 is still too hot) so we took a day trip and everyone ended up being really uncomfortable and grumpy. An inconsolable 2 month old and an under-slept 2 year old does not make for a good time. It did get better at the end though and I managed to finally get my camera out and take a few pictures.

Last week we drove up to Utah through Vegas for a much needed vacation and to visit family and friends. It was perfect.
